I got a VITAMIX!! My belated graduation present came in the mail on Saturday and I have used it twice today already.
I used it to make a super smooth smoothie this morning, and then when I got home from classes today I made roasted red pepper hummus (I forgot to add a few ingredients so I will have to tweak my recipe before sharing).
I will never use a normal blender again.
